Greater love has no one than this, that a person

lay down their life for their friends.”   John 15: 13

When people protest during the National Anthem,

some say that they don’t mean to show disrespect to the members of the military!

BUT THEY ARE!

I stood and prayed over the bodies of brave young women and men

in Iraq in 2004.

They could not stand, knell or protest,

during the playing of the National Anthem,

because they were dead!

They were from

ALL BACKGROUNDS,

but SACRIFICED ALL,

as their body bags were covered with

the same UNITED STATES FLAG!

Yes, they died so you have the right to protest.

But can’t you sacrifice your freedom for just a few minutes

by standing, with respect, for one song?

Is that too much to ask for what they sacrificed?

Please remember, what their families feel!

Their daughter or son died to protect and defend

what that flag stands for!

I am PROUD to say

GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THOSE WHO HAVE,

WHO ARE, AND WHO WILL,

DEFEND HER!
